1. Parties

2. Purpose
The parties wish to explore or perform a business relationship and may share confidential information for that limited purpose.
3. Scope of confidential information
Confidential information includes non-public business, technical, financial, and customer information disclosed by either party, whether marked confidential or that a reasonable person would treat as confidential. The schedule below may list the engagement context.

By signing, each signer confirms they are authorized to bind the party they represent.
