1. Parties
This Independent Contractor Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of 1 September 2026 (the "Effective Date") between the Provider and the Client named below.

The Provider and the Client are each a "Party" and together the "Parties".
3. Purpose
Client engages Provider as an independent contractor to perform the services described in the schedule. This Agreement does not create employment, partnership, or agency.
4. Services
Provider will perform the contractor services listed below, using Provider's own methods, hours, and equipment except as the schedule requires.

5. Deliverables

6. Fees
Professional fees under this Agreement total $3,250, in the currency shown on the services schedule, payable according to Net 15 from invoice date.
7. Term
This Agreement begins on 1 September 2026 and continues until 28 February 2027, unless it ends earlier. Duration: Six months. Renewal: Does not automatically renew.
8. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Provider's principal place of business.
9. Signatures
By signing, each signer confirms they are authorized to bind the party they represent.
